Hello, I am Lisa Ayala and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been working in the mental health field with children, adolescents, adults, and families since 2012. I also have experience working as an ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) therapist for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. I utilize a multidisciplinary approach including CBT, narrative therapy, and family systems therapy in helping people who present with a range of challenges, from depression and anxiety to PTSD and victims of crime and domestic violence. I have worked in various settings and with people from all walks of life: nonprofit, in-home services, and now a private group practice.
My approach is a warm, caring and supportive style that allows clients to feel heard. My goal in therapy is to work collaboratively with clients in creating goals that meet their individual needs. I find therapy to be effective when a client is provided with a safe and non-judgmental environment. I look forward to working with you and helping you heal on
