What To Expect When Paying for Your Care

Our goal is to provide you with the most excellent care at an affordable rate. We believe that mental health is the best investment you can make, and we strive to make that investment worthwhile.

Our Rates

Our rate for a 50-minute therapy session with a fully licensed therapist is $175. This same rate applies to in-person and teletherapy appointments.

Some of our providers offer reduced fee services. Our reduced fee will be with a pre-licensed associate supervised by a fully licensed therapist. Please reach out to learn more about our rates.

Payment & Insurance FAQs

What is a PPO vs. HMO Insurance Plan?

Your insurance might be a PPO or HMO plan. With a PPO plan, you can still receive coverage for out-of-network providers. With an HMO plan, you will only be covered by a provider within your network. If you have a PPO insurance plan that includes mental health coverage, you can submit a superbill to seek reimbursement for services with Suda Centers. If you have an HMO plan, you can still pay for your care out of pocket.

Does Suda Centers accept Medicaid, Medi-Cal, or Medicare?

No, Suda Centers does not currently accept Medicare, Medi-Cal or Medicaid plans.

When do I need to pay for my care?

The full cost of your session will be due at the time of your visit.

Will you bill my insurance for me?

If you are covered by an out-of-network insurance plan, we will provide you with a superbill you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

How can I learn more about my insurance coverage?

It is ultimately your responsibility to learn more about your plan. Please check with your insurance provider to get information on your plan type, mental health coverage, deductibles, and out-of-pocket limits.
