Women’s Support Group
Starting weekly: January 18th
Thursday’s 6pm-7:30pm
Fee is $60.00 per session
This group is for women of all ages. We explore topics like: life transitions, finding your voice, trusting yourself, managing life’s stressors, understanding inner child wounding and how it shows up in your life now, setting healthy boundaries, relationship struggles, and finding your passion and purpose so you can feel closer to your true, whole, authentic self!
This group is in person and will start January 18th and will run once a week for eight consecutive weeks.
Facilitator: Lacey Morris
Lacey Morris is a licensed LMFT and Registered Expressive Arts Therapist. She is deeply passionate about running groups and has been holding groups for over a decade and prides herself in providing a safe, trusting space.
